Savant is proud of its CADE interactive communication and distance learning system.  It is perhaps more proud of the outstanding service and support that it has offered to its customers over the last 18 years.

Savant stands by its products and provides direct, end-user support for all its products and services.  Because we're the first to hear from the field when there is a problem, we can resolve the issue immediately and implement a customer base wide fix if appropriate.

At Savant, we pride ourselves in being able to resolve any issue, usually within one phone call.  Should a programming change be necessary, we talk in terms of minutes to resolve... not days or months!
